ORDER PROCESSING

• We batch process our orders on Friday weekly, so do order before Friday!
• Order processing generally takes 3 to 5 working days to process and arrange for product packing & delivery. Generally order processing will take 3 to 5 working days depending on the order volume of the season.
• You are our top priority! We do our very best to make it fast for you but we do recieve large volumes of orders too! 
  
  Shipping : up to 1 to 2 weeks depending on location(order tracking). 

PRODUCT PACKING AND DELIVERY

• Once the order has been processed, it will be handled by our shipping depertment and these are the good folks that will ensure that your product is properly packed before it is planned for shipping.
• The Product packing and shipping phase will roughly take anything from up to 7 till 15 working days to fulfil.
• Once order tracking is made available, we will give you the reference code via email.
